Contemporary Fauna

Living species modelled at 1:20 from the same anatomical study as the prehistoric collection: the Palearctic realm, the Tibetan plateau, the Iberian dehesa and the Ethiopian highlands.
Many of these animals are as difficult to see as the extinct ones. Przewalski’s gazelle survives in a few hundred individuals; the Iberian imperial eagle and the cinereous vulture came close to disappearing from Spain altogether.
