Steppe Bison at 1:35 scale, 3D-printed in resin from the original sculpture. Supplied unpainted and sanded, ready to prime. Perfect for dioramas.
The steppe bison spanned Eurasia and North America and is the animal most often depicted in Palaeolithic cave art. The mummified specimen known as Blue Babe, recovered in Alaska, informs the coat and body proportions; the horns are longer and straighter than in any living bison.
Produced by photogrammetry from the original 1:20 sculpture and printed in resin at 1:35. Supplied unpainted and lightly sanded to remove support marks, ready for priming. Larger figures are printed hollow to keep weight down, with small drainage holes on the underside that are easily filled before painting.
Ideal for 1:35 military and historical dioramas, museum mock-ups and scratch-built scenes.
