Przewalski’s Gazelle, reconstructed at 1:20 scale and hand-painted in polyurethane resin. 27 × 33 mm. Sculpted by J. Miguel Aparicio, made to order.
One of the most endangered antelopes in the world, down to a few hundred animals around Qinghai Lake in China. At 1:20 this is a small, delicate piece, and the outward-hooking horn tips that identify the species are among the finest details in the whole collection.
Modelled by hand in heat-hardened clay over a wire armature, moulded in silicone and cast in polyurethane resin. Every copy is cleaned, retouched and painted by hand in acrylics, so no two pieces are ever strictly identical.
Made to order. Each casting is finished individually, so please allow time for preparation before dispatch.
